Beltran out of Japan

At Rotoworld, they write about Carlos Beltran and his withdraw from his appearance in Japan:

Carlos Beltran has opted not to join the group of MLB All-Stars headed to Japan next month.

Beltran was nursing a couple of minor injuries during the postseason, so probably just wants to get back to 100 percent health. The Mets will still be represented by David Wright and Jose Reyes.
