About Chip Ambres

Chip Ambres seemed on his way to becoming a pretty good reserve outfielder a year ago, but he failed to make the Royals out of spring training and then got hurt after batting .203 in 56 games for AAA Omaha. He'll probably continue his recovery from shoulder surgery as he starts the year at AAA New Orleans.
