Mets offer 4 years to Lugo

According to Sweeney Murti of WFAN, the Mets continue to talk with free-agent infielder Julio Lugo about a four-year, $36 million deal.

The Red Sox have interest in Lugo, as well, but have yet to budge from offering just a three-year deal.
