Minaya happy with meetings

John Delcos at Lohud, writes about Omar Minaya and his feelings on how the Winter Meetings went:

If the Mets leave today without doing anything else, Minaya said he's happy. He got a power arm for his bullpen and laid the groundwork for further talks. He's still keeping tabs with Scott Boras about Barry Zito. He's also talking to Oakland about getting one of its starters. Harden, Haren or Blanton. Late last night I heard more Haren than Harden. The packages offered will vary by player.
