Zambrano wants back

Michael Morrissey at the NY Post, writes about Victor Zambrano and how he wants to come back to the Mets:

Victor Zambrano wants to return, and said he will pitch in relief to help the Mets and return quicker from elbow surgery. He hopes he can be back by April, his agent said. The Mets have until tonight to tender Zambrano, who made $3 million in '06 and will probably get a pay cut. Randolph said he'll probably return.
