Kazmir To Be A Free Agent?
According to the St. Petersburg Times' Marc Tompkin, Scott Kazmir declined a one-year contract offered by the Devil Rays today. He will have to negotiate at the end of the season, and should he not, he could become an unrestricted free agent.

Kazmir is not a free agent until 2011. He isn't even arbitration eligable yet.
