David Wright took grounders at third base from Edgar Alfonzo. The 2007 Cyclones manager said brother Edgardo Alfonzo is leaning toward beginning the year in the independent league in the Northeast until he latches on with an affiliated team.


Inside the big-league clubhouse, the new spring training jerseys were hanging. We're a few years removed from those loud orange numbers. This year, there's orange in the arm-pit area, and black bars down the sides.
