This Day In Mets History

John Delco at LoHud, writes about today in 1993 and what happend:

In 1993, the Mets didn’t have quite the chemistry they have now. They also had a few bad guys. One was Vince Coleman, who took out Dwight Gooden’s shoulder when he swung a golf club in the clubhouse.

Not saying it was on purpose, but how dumb to you have to be to swing anything in a crowded room?

Sorry, there's not much going on today. I just figured that I'd give you something to chew until some real news comes along.
