Alou Should Sit

John Delcos at Lo Hud, writes about Moises Alou's injuries and suggest he sits one out:

The injuries are already starting to nag at Moises Alou. I’m not counting on him playing tonight. Last night Willie Randolph said Alou would ice it and hopes he’ll be ready tonight. I think he should sit for a day or two.

We know Alou won’t go through the whole season without a mark. He doesn’t need to go on the DL, but it’s May and he also doesn’t need to play every game. Rest him tonight and maybe tomorrow. No need to take the chance he’ll injure it even worse.
