Milledge More Time

Metsblog reported that While appearing in his weekly radio interview with WFAN, Willie Randolph said he intends to give Lastings Milledge the ‘bulk of the playing time’ in right-field over Shawn Green, ‘who’s having a down year.’ According to Randolph, he likes Milledge, likes his ‘fire,’ he likes that he is a bit ‘brash,’ and he especially likes the level of energy that the young outfielder brings to his team, adding, ‘he could be an important player for us in September.’

I guess the Mets really do listen to me...
