Over at the Hopeless Mets Fan, they write about Omar Minaya and him missing out on a good trade:How did Minaya allow Lidge to get traded from Houston to Philadelphia for almost nothing? I'm not sure if Minaya knows it, but the Mets are in serious need of solid arms in the bullpen. Lidge may not be a premier closer anymore but he'd be one hell of a set-up man for Billy. What is Minaya even doing at these meetings if he's not making trades happen? It's so infuriating!
