What's up with Milledge?

In last night's game agenst the Marlins Lastings Milledge appeared to lose a pop up in the sun and because of that a run scored. That wasn't even the event that I am talking about. After the inning, Manager Willie Randolph proceeded to question Milledge as to why he let the ball drop and Lastings just walked away from him. Willie scooted down the bench (probably because he figured that Lastings just didn't hear him) and Lastings just went further away from him in the dug out. Willie had o get off the bench and talk to him. Even then it didn't look like Lastings was paying much attention to him. That is just not how to handle yourself in the Majors and Willie needs to nip this problem in the butt before Lastings tries anything else.
