Mets decline on Iriki
At Rotoworld, they write about Yusaku Iriki:
Mets declined RHP Yusaku Iriki's $1.5 million option for 2007.
Iriki failed to make the Mets out of spring training after getting a one-year, $750,000 contract and was later slammed with a 50-game steroids suspension while pitching for Triple-A Norfolk. He never was called up after that. If he opts to stay in the U.S., he'll have to take a minor lague deal.
