What about Ohka?

With Zito, Mulder, Clemens, Matzusaka and Gange still on the market, there is a decent right handed pitcher going relatively unnoticed.

Tomo Ohka isn't a number one or two pitcher but he could still anchor the bottom of the rotation. In 8 season in the Majors, Ohka, has posted a career 4.04 ERA and a 48-57 record. This lifetime wins and loss record doesn't do him justice but remember where he played most of his games...Montreal.

His best year came in 2002 when he posted a 3.18 ERA and a 13-8 record. Since then he has posted 2 seasons under 3.50 and two seasons over 4.30, so you don't really know how it's going to pan out. But it's not as bad as the Human Rain Delay (Trachsel) was.
