Dustin Cameron signed by Mets

Right-handed pitcher Dustin Cameron has been picked up by the New York Mets organization. Cameron appeared in 33 games for El Paso and was 4-3 with 3.88 ERA, averaging close to 1 strikeout per inning pitched.

"I'm really excited for Dustin," said Butch Henry, El Paso Diablos Field Manager. "It's an opportunity that most guys are looking for, whether it is a second or third chance; first chance in Dustin's case."
