Pelfrey To Stay...For Now

Anthony Di Rosa at Mets Blog, writes about Mike Pelfrey and how he's going to stick around for the time being:

In his last two starts, he is 0–2 with an 11.25 ERA, during which he has allowed 17 base runners in just 8 innings pitched.

Mets GM Omar Minaya, on Pelfrey, as quoted by a variety of reporters following yesterday’s loss:

“You have to keep your eyes on him and see where you are…Right now, he’s going to get another start.”

Following yesterday’s loss, Willie Randolph insisted that Pelfrey is his fifth starter, repeating it twice for emphasis.

I am afraid that this statement is not correct"You have to keep your eyes on him and see where you are…Right now, he’s going to get another start.
".I would appreciate if you can further elaborate this.Thank you.
