Randolph To Honor Robinson Friday

The New York Mets today announced that they will honor Jackie Robinson on Friday night, April 20, when the Mets return to Shea Stadium to host the Atlanta Braves. The pregame celebration is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. ET. Mets Manager Willie Randolph will wear No. 42 on Friday night to honor Robinson.

The make-up date for today's game against the Washington Nationals has yet to be determined. Fans should hold onto their April 15 tickets, which will be honored for the rescheduled game against Washington.
