Mets Turn To Perez

Oliver Perez beat the Braves 11-1 earlier this year at Turner Field, and 3-1 with a 2.89 ERA in four starts against Atlanta while with the Mets.

The Mets have lost two in a row, but Perez isn’t thinking about that.

“This is an important game because it is in the division,’’ Perez said. “But I’m not thinking about the games we lost. In the games I pitched against them I was able to make my pitches. I have to do that again.’’
