Why Burgos Was Sent Down
At Rotoworld, they write why Ambiriox Burgos was sent to Triple-A: The Mets could have just gotten rid of Aaron Sele, but they're deep enough that it doesn't hurt to continue carrying Sele as a mop-up man and have Burgos pitch regularly in Triple-A. Burgos will be back next time a spot open up.
