Another loss...another loss...

Well, the Mets dropped another game and another series.
That makes 6 straight series losses. The Twins came from behind and won 6-2 to take the series 2 games to 1.

Oliver Perez game up 5 hits in 5.1 innings, and 4 earned runs. His control wasn't there, as he walked 5 batters and struck out 3.

...speechless...

Joe Smith gave up 2 more earned runs, and didn't produce an out.

...still the man?...

Scott Schoeneweis, Guillermo Mota, Pedro Feliciano, and Billy Wagner combined to one hit the Twins over the next 3.2 innings.

...i guess that's a good sign...

Carlos Beltran awoke from a slump and went 3-4 with an RBI tonight.

...also a good sign...

Jose Reyes, Paul Lo Duca, David Wright, and Shawn Green all added one hit, while Wright added an RBI.
Jose Valentin picked up two hits in tonights game.
