Green vs. Penny

Matthew Cerrone at Mets Blog, writes about Shawn Green, Brad Penny and the accusations:

Last night, during the second inning, Dodgers RHP Brad Penny struck out Shawn Green. Leaving the mound, Penny began to bark at Green, who had reached second base during the first inning.

Following last night’s game, Green told reporters that Penny accused him of relaying signs to the batter while standing on second base, which Green obviously denied.
