At Rotoworld, they give an update on Endy Chavez:
Endy Chavez (hamstring) hopes to begin running next week.
"I know now I can tolerate a little pain," Chavez said. "Before when I felt pain, I would stop and shut it down, not knowing what that pain was. But now, I know when I have a little pain I can work through it." Chavez, who has been out since June 6, hopes to return from the disabled list in late July.
