Reyes Has Only One Speed

Johnette Howard at Newsday writes about Jose Reyes and how he has one sped, go:

Yesterday, even more than usual, the Mets needed everything Reyes brought - not just his two hits or the two runs he scored in his first two-at bats against the Nationals, but his tone-setting energy.

"Tired, not tired, I don't think of that - I just go, go, go," Reyes said with a laugh. "I just try to get on base, go from there, create something for the guys hitting behind me."
