Gomez To 60 Day DL

Rotoworld Reports:

Mets transferred outfielder Carlos Gomez from the 15-day to the 60-day disabled list.

The move makes room for Sandy Alomar Jr. on the 40-man roster. Gomez will still be eligible to return from a broken hamate bone early next month.
