Brad Merritt at The Ledger.com takes a look at the first basemen in the Majors and ranks them all. TheMets Carlos Delgado came in at number 11:
11. Carlos Delgado, NYM - Delgado really showed signs of decline last season, but actually played his best ball in the second half. The Mets are a great team and he should continue to be productive, producing 25-30 home runs and 90 RBI.

that is without a doubt the worst ranking of position players that i have ever seen. i mean come on...howard in front of pujols???
and i think teixeira is better than where he's at!
