Sanchez On The Horizon

Anthony DiComo at Mets.com gives a preview of tonight’s match up of the Mets and Phillies as well as an update on Duaner Sanchez:

Reliever Duaner Sanchez pitched two shutout innings on Tuesday for the St. Lucie Mets, and will pitch in back-to-back games for Triple-A New Orleans on Friday and Saturday. "He's very close," general manager Omar Minaya said.
This is a great thing to hear. Sanchez is looking better and better. If he can return to form and be the dominant set up man he was before he went down, the Mets are going to dominate again. With him in the eighth inning, it pretty much sets everyone else up in their respective roles. Keep it up Duaner.
