Mets Hot to Trot!

Tonite the Mets announced that they've acquired outfielder Trot Nixon from the D-Backs for either cash or a player to be named later. He was with the D-Backs AAA team, and is most remembered for his contributions to the 2004 World Series Champion Red Sox team. A welcome addition, certainly instead of Robinson Cancel, whose head might spin from going up and down so many times so quickly...welcome aboard Team Chaos, Trot! (Sorry about the title- a bit too NY Post-like, huh?)

Oh yeah- we won the game, too, and Josh Hamilton hit a homer- woo hoo!!
