Willie Chose Valentin

At Rotoworld, they write about Jose Valentin and how Willie Randolph chose him to hit 2nd today:

Rather than go to David Wright, the Mets made Jose Valentin their No. 2 hitter with Paul Lo Duca getting Sunday off.

Valentin 0-for-4 and is batting .130 in 23 at-bats. The Mets have decided to use Wright as their full-time No. 5 hitter after batting him second most of the spring, but unless Valentin can get hot, the club will have to try something else when Lo Duca receives his weekly day off.
