A trip to the disabled list looks likely for Carlos Beltran, according to the New York Post.

Beltran is out with a strained oblique. "I feel sore, I feel tight, I can't swing, I can't run," he said. "That's the way I feel, so I'm not able to play." The Mets can put Beltran on the DL retroactive to Wednesday.
