Minor League Update: Greg Veloz

Kingsport Mets Player of the Week for the third week of the season.

He went 8-for-24 (.333) with four runs scored, four RBI, two stolen bases, two doubles and two triples during the week.

Veloz, who played in the Gulf Coast League last season and with the Savannah Sand Gnats for the beginning of the long season, is hitting .284 with a team best three triples, six doubles, a home run, eleven RBI and three stolen bases.
