Mets Non-Tender players and sign Williams

As expected, the Mets did tender contracts to OF Endy Chavez, C Ramon Castro, LHP Oliver Perez and RHP Duaner Sanchez, while re-signing LHP Dave Williams to a one-year, $1.25 million deal.
