El Duque On His Ejection Yesterday

Matthew Cerrone at Mets Blog, writes about Orlando "El Duque" Hernandez and what he had to say regarding his ejection in yesterday's loss to the Washington Nationals:

Hernandez, regarding why he was ejected, while talking with reporters after yesterday’s loss...

“I did not throw intentional. I say ‘I’m sorry,’ I don’t know why [the umpire] thought I threw it intentional. I didn’t have a reason…I said ‘I’m sorry.’ to the pitcher, before the guy [ejected me from the game.] I said, ‘why,’ I ask him. He said, ‘I got you, I got you.’ I don’t know why it’s intentional, I don’t know why. I don’t have a reason.
